A Whole Gulet for Your Group of Friends
Six, eight, twelve of you — fill a Turkish gulet, choose your own route, decide your own bedtime. The price-per-person on a private charter beats most beach hotels.
A friends-group gulet charter is the unfair bargain of European travel. Split a €15k weekly rate across 8 friends and you're at €1,875 each for the boat, captain, all-inclusive food, and unlimited swim stops — comparable to a B&B but with a private vessel.
The flexibility is the real difference: you set the daily wake-up time, the music on board, the lunch menu, the route. The captain is a co-pilot, not a tour guide. Some groups do morning yoga on deck; others have card-game nights running until 2am. We don't judge.
На що звертати увагу при виборі судна
Фільтри, застосовані до підбірки group of friends нижче.
Your music, your rules
Bring your own playlist; most boats have decent deck speakers.
Guaranteed cabin per pair
Mid-size gulets give every couple/pair their own cabin — no triple-bunking.
Custom meal times
Late breakfast Saturday, anyone? The captain runs your schedule, not the other way around.
BYOB welcome
Most captains let you load the boat with duty-free wine, beer, and spirits — much cheaper than buying onboard.
Private water-toy time
No competing with strangers — the kayaks, paddleboards, and tender are yours all week.

Для group of friends.
How many of us should we be?
Sweet spot is 6–12 people. Below 6, smaller "couples" boats are better value; above 12 you need a much larger boat which jumps the per-person cost. Eight is the most common.
Can we drink on board?
Absolutely. Most captains permit and even encourage you to bring your own alcohol (cheaper than buying on board). They will put rules around safety — generally no diving from height after drinks, and the captain has final say on whether to leave an anchorage.
Do we have to follow a fixed itinerary?
No — a private charter is yours to plan. The captain will suggest a sensible route based on weather and your interests, but you can swap, skip, or extend stops. The only constraints are weather and the boat's licence area.
Best route for a first-time group?
The Lycian Coast (Fethiye → Olympos, 7 days) is the classic. If your group leans party-friendly, Bodrum to Datça is livelier with town stops. Quiet groups should look at Datça Peninsula.
How do we split the cost?
However you like. Most groups divide the charter rate evenly per cabin (so couples pay one share, singletons pay theirs), then split food and tip equally. Tipping is 10–15% of the charter rate.
