Bodrum and Fethiye both have international airports with direct connections to most European capitals. Land at lunchtime, board by mid-afternoon, and your team is on the water before dinner. For a 3-day strategy offsite or a 5-day client-hospitality event, the Turkish coast is logistically faster than most European retreat venues.
We curate this segment toward larger vessels — 8-cabin gulets, mid-size motor yachts, and a handful of premium catamarans — that can host 14–20 guests with proper meeting space, AV-ready dining areas, and adequate AC for daytime working sessions. Captains run a more formal service style for these charters, including printed dietary requirements and pre-departure briefings.

What's the minimum notice for a corporate charter?
For 14–20 guests at peak season, 6–8 weeks is the comfortable minimum. Off-peak (May, October) can sometimes be booked at 2–3 weeks. Mega-yachts ask 8–12 weeks in any season.
Can we have AV equipment on board?
Yes — most premium vessels have HDMI-equipped saloon TVs. For pitch decks or projectors, mention it in the inquiry; the captain can arrange a portable projector and screen.
Is corporate hospitality treated differently from a friends charter?
Yes — captains run a more formal service style (greeted by name, pre-printed dietary preferences, more curated meals, less casual cabin allocation). Many premium captains specialise in corporate work and have references.
Can we invoice the company directly?
Yes. We issue VAT-compliant invoices in EUR or upon request in TRY/GBP. Deposit and balance can be wire-transferred or paid by company card.
Insurance and liability?
Every Turkish charter holds standard maritime liability insurance. We strongly recommend the corporation carry its own travel insurance for participants.
